R6 takes appropriate steps to ensure the security of personal data collected through any of the above-mentioned channels/ means.

Where will your personal data be processed?

The personal data R6 collects may be transferred internationally throughout R6’ organization entities, respectively to Member States of the European Union and other third countries where an affiliate or elements of the R6 IT infrastructure is located. R6 cloud service provider is headquartered in the United States.

Your rights

You are entitled to know whether we hold personal data about you and, if we do, you benefit from the right of information, of access to, and intervention upon, your personal data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of personal data, the right not to be subject of an automatic individual decision and the right to oppose against the processing of your personal data for legitimate and grounded reasons. Moreover, you also benefit from the right to address your country’s National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, and the courts of law.

You also have the right to require R6 to: (i) pass on the personal data you have provided to us in a structured and easily accessible electronic form, or (ii) to transmit to another data controller the personal data you provided to R6 insofar as it is technically feasible. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing as set out by law.

Storage of information

R6 stores and processes personal data for as long as it is necessary in order to achieve the processing purposes listed above and longer, in accordance with internal and legal requirements. R6 generally stores your data for as long as necessary, either for the contract execution or for the purpose for which is was collected, unless otherwise requested by law to process the information for longer periods of time.
